You will ensure availability, performance, and security of IMT Services through incident response, proactive monitoring, and automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot deeply to improve system availability, performance, and security.
• Build actionable alerts and automation to prevent incidents and detect bottlenecks.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and self-healing systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to plan and deploy releases.
• Ensure services are designed for 24/7 availability and operational readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a Production support services environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using a systematic problem-solving approach.
• Experience with elastically scalable, fault-tolerant, and cloud architecture patterns.
• Experience operating on AWS (both PaaS and IaaS offerings).
• Proficiency in both Windows (2016 R2+) and Linux.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts.
• Experience with Containerization concepts like Docker.
