Description

You will own the reliability and operational health of our systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs while systematically reducing toil.
• Integrate with observability platforms to ensure comprehensive system visibility.
• Respond to incidents and outages using a structured approach and conduct post-mortems.
• Automate operational tasks across infrastructure and applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, software engineering, infrastructure, or operations.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Go, and Bash.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including Azure.
• Familiarity with Linux (RHEL7+) and Windows (2019+).
• Working knowledge of networking and storage technologies (NFS, SAN, NAS).
• Understanding of authentication services (DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, Centrify).
