You will ensure application resilience and operational maturity for payment systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Application Development teams to build resilience for Payment applications.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for applications.
• Automate operational processes across the infrastructure.
• Develop capacity and performance management tools.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and support production incidents.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud and Linux environments, including On-Prem deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting (Unix/Linux), or Java.
• Experience with systems observability and APM tools, preferably DataDog.
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Grafana and Kibana.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and translating requirements to automation tests.
• Familiarity with Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Strong ability to track and contribute to technical discussions on high-availability and observability.
