Description

You will manage application health and system performance through deep monitoring and log analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze traffic patterns, errors, and exceptions from logs to propose system improvements.
• Monitor JVM and database metrics including CPU, memory, disk space, threads, and connection counts.
• Collaborate with App Dev, Infrastructure, and DBA teams to resolve stability issues.
• Communicate technical findings and status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Extrahop, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of JVM and database performance metrics.
• Experience working with Java-based REST web services.
• Ability to perform deep-dive analysis on logs and error patterns.
• Direct experience interacting with infrastructure and database administration teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
