What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain automation solutions to enhance infrastructure reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across global cloud environments.
• Design and improve deployment pipelines, testing frameworks, and operational tooling to support platform growth and stability.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and distributed systems issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Contribute to critical projects such as cluster build-outs by creating automation for rapid deployment of cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product management, and business partners across multiple time zones to deliver reliable solutions and reduce operational overhead.

What's Needed?

• Hands on experience supporting cloud-based production environments in roles such as Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining infrastructure automation using Ansible.
• Experience programming in Ruby and developing automated tests with RSpec or similar frameworks.
• Strong background in administering and troubleshooting Linux-based systems and distributed infrastructure environments.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including GitLab CI
