Description

You will ensure the reliability and uptime of critical infrastructure while managing Google Cloud environments. Your work bridges development and operations to improve system performance and reduce manual intervention.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud services.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance system efficiency.
• Implement monitoring solutions and lead incident response to minimize downtime.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for future growth.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud services (Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub).
• Experience with automation tools: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
