You will optimize system reliability, scalability, and efficiency through data-driven monitoring and performance enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze system data to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Create dashboards to monitor system health and metrics.
• Improve system reliability and efficiency using a development-centric approach.
• Identify potential failure scenarios to proactively enhance infrastructure stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Experience working with Kafka.
• Background in software development to support reliability improvements.
• Ability to perform in-person client interviews in San Leandro, CA.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
