Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise critical systems and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions.
• Write automation scripts in Go, Python, Java, or Rust.
• Transition platforms to the cloud and manage containerized applications in GKE, RKE, or AKE.
• Implement cloud observability using OTEL for real-time monitoring, distributed tracing, and incident resolution.
• Develop dashboards for application performance management to monitor transaction journeys.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level infrastructure and operations.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or Rust for automation scripting.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Rancher, including containerization and cloud transitions.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL frameworks such as Apollo, Prisma, or Hasura.
• Experience managing databases including Oracle, SQL Server, Redis, Clickhouse, Postgres, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of implementing cloud observability using OTEL.
• Experience running large-scale applications in hybrid on-prem and cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of monitoring tools including Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, or Dynatrace.
• Experience with GCS, Cloud SQL, Spanner, and Firestore.
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, Vertex AI, Gen AI, or BigQuery.
