Description

You will own system availability and performance across production environments. You ensure service reliability meets defined SLA levels while resolving complex production issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production environment incidents.
• Maintain system availability and performance to meet SLA targets.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Execute capacity planning and manage system availability.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of total IT experience.
• Experience developing virtualization dashboards using Azure Monitor, Grafana, or ELK/Kibana.
• Proficiency with Application Performance Management (APM) tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, CA APM, or Splunk APM.
• Hands-on experience with .NET development and Web Development.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and concepts.
• Experience with Splunk and system performance tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in complex environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with capacity planning in large-scale distributed systems.
