Description

You will manage site IT services to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency within a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident and request tickets to ensure resolution within SLA and identify root causes.
• Maintain availability, patching, and backups for critical site applications.
• Own the roadmap for site reliability improvements and coordinate upgrades with site downtime windows.
• Drive adoption of enterprise digital technologies and methodologies.
• Deliver margin improvement projects and support organizational change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing IT operations.
• Proven track record in project delivery and leading IT programs or service teams.
• Experience with software and hardware implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work across functions and levels in a global, multicultural environment.
• Experience managing and meeting SLA requirements.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and connected devices in manufacturing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
