Description

You will manage application performance monitoring and system observability within a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and configuration of Dynatrace to integrate with existing infrastructure.
• Analyze application performance requirements to customize monitoring thresholds, alerts, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related issues by collaborating with development and IT teams.
• Develop detailed documentation for monitoring processes and provide knowledge transfer to staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing application performance monitoring.
• 3+ years of recent experience working with Dynatrace.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins and GitHub.
• Background in software development and IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering within SaaS environments.
• Practical experience with monitoring and logging.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.
• Any Graduate degree.
