Description

You will manage system uptime across cloud-native and hybrid architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure as code patterns using Terraform, cloud CLI, and cloud SDKs.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for application and cloud architecture deployment using Jenkins.
• Create automated tooling for service requests and production changes.
• Author detailed runbooks to detect, remediate, and restore services.
• Lead blameless postmortems and own remediation actions to prevent recurrence.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, systems administration, database administration, or networking.
• 4+ years of experience developing or administering software in public cloud environments (AWS and GCP).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, Java, Go, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with Terraform and Chef.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows automation and orchestration.
• Knowledge of containers, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience monitoring infrastructure and application uptime to meet performance objectives.
• Demonstrable knowledge of systems, storage, networking, security, and databases.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Certification.
• Experience managing infrastructure via CloudFormation.
• Experience maintaining systems in highly secure, regulated, or compliant industries.
