Description

You will own the reliability and operational health of production systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for production systems and applications.
• Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline system operations.
• Manage system configurations and troubleshoot environment and performance issues.
• Implement opportunities for system performance tuning, resiliency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and rollbacks.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Application Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Shell, Python, and Batch scripting.
• Solid experience with Oracle Database, including performance tuning and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP.
• Sound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Git, or Terraform.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK Stack).
