Description

You own the reliability and operational health of production systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, highly available, and resilient systems.
• Monitor system health using observability and logging tools, specifically Splunk.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues under on-call rotation.
• Implement automation for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Define and enforce SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets while leading incident response and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5 to 9 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience in infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Good understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles.
