Description

You will own system stability through incident detection, proactive escalation, and infrastructure monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Detect incidents and escalate issues using Dynatrace dashboards to ensure system visibility.
• Create customized Dynatrace dashboards to improve monitoring and reporting.
• Perform analytics, reporting, and knowledge management within ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Unix environments using command line and scripting.
• Monitor and resolve incidents related to Autosys batch management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or similar operational roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, including CMDB and ITOM modules.
• Experience with Unix and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for relational databases.
• Practical knowledge of Autosys batch components and management.
• Experience with AWS or Azure access management and console navigation.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of application architecture and infrastructure components.
