Description

You will manage production stability, incident response, and monitoring infrastructure for our systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and update Jira tickets with technical findings.
• Monitor key dashboards, manage timely alerting, and create new dashboards for feature releases.
• Lead daily standup calls and client meetings as the primary SRE representative.
• Debug potential issues and support onsite teams by providing data from various monitoring tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors to resolve integration failures and ensure the team follows established SOPs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in support projects.
• Hands-on experience with GCP.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes.
• Experience using Dynatrace for monitoring.
• Ability to measure front-end metrics using available site tools.
• Experience managing and updating incident lifecycles in Jira.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Splunk or Sumo Logic for log monitoring.
