Description

You will manage and optimize critical infrastructure for Cloud Prem and SaaS deployments, ensuring system stability and efficient operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy software for Cloud Prem and SaaS customers using automated pipelines.
• Diagnose system incidents and collaborate with engineers to implement root cause resolutions.
• Improve incident response processes, documentation, and run-books.
• Monitor infrastructure health, performing routine system configuration, user management, and backups.
• Develop automated scripts to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual workload.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms and automation tools, specifically AWS.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Linux, and AWS networking (VPC).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience implementing the GitOps model for deployment.
• Familiarity with distributed version control systems.
• Experience using monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bazel and Helm.
