Description

You will build and maintain observability infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Grafana dashboards to visualize metrics, logs, and traces from Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo.
• Configure and integrate monitoring data sources including Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo.
• Analyze logs and metrics using LogQL and PromQL to identify trends and troubleshoot issues.
• Set up Tempo for distributed tracing to provide end-to-end visibility across microservices.
• Implement synthetic monitoring to simulate user interactions and monitor endpoint availability.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Hands-on experience with Grafana for dashboarding and visualization.
• Proficiency with Prometheus for metrics collection.
• Experience with Loki for log management.
• Ability to use LogQL and PromQL for data analysis.
• Experience configuring Tempo for distributed tracing.
• Develop automation scripts for deploying and scaling monitoring infrastructure.
• Configure alerting rules and notifications to detect anomalies in real-time.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MSc, or MCA.
