You ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems by combining software engineering with IT operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated solutions for high availability and resiliency.
• Manage production incidents, minimize downtime, and lead post-mortem reviews.
• Set up monitoring systems to track performance metrics and proactively address system health.
• Analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and optimize for speed and resource utilization.
• Leverage automation tools to reduce manual intervention in operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or a related field.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Experience managing distributed systems, databases, and networking concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot or PySpark.
