Description

Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of applications and infrastructure through automation, monitoring, and incident management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain application and infrastructure health, performing root cause analysis for production issues.
• Automate operational tasks and improve system reliability using scripting and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting tools for proactive system observability.
• Participate in on-call support and incident management while collaborating with development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux/Unix administration and system troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
• Solid grasp of networking and security best practices for infrastructure.
