You will own the reliability, availability, and performance of supported systems through automation and proactive problem management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate operational tasks to maximize system availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and manage on-premise Linux capabilities.
• Implement observability through metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Identify and prioritize technical debt to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in a global on-call rotation to respond to technical emergencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in Python or other software development languages.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration or development.
• Hands-on experience managing Linux environments.
• Ability to perform incident response and troubleshooting during outages.
• Experience with observability frameworks and monitoring dashboards.
• Background in capacity management and task optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and dependencies.
