Description

You will apply software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions and infrastructure.
• Write product and system development code to optimize existing systems.
• Review code from other engineers to ensure accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
• Triage, debug, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, network, or service operations.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while participating in design reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or NodeJS.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of algorithms, complexity analysis, and large-scale system design.
• Ability to automate tasks to eliminate manual work.
• Experience managing system capacity and performance.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Sunnyvale, CA, or remote collaboration across distributed teams.
