Description

You will manage the reliability and automated testing of n-tier applications in a 24/7 operations support environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain n-tier applications using RESTful services, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Python, and NoSQL.
• Develop fast, reliable API-level tests for integration into Continuous CI environments with a goal of 100% automation.
• Collaborate with PM, QA, Development, and Customer Support teams to incorporate core features into automated functional test scenarios.
• Analyze test results, triage tickets, and debug reported issues alongside development teams.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
• Proficiency in Java and scripting languages including JavaScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful Services, Java/J2EE, and NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, GCP, or OpenStack.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and cloud-based applications.
• Experience working in a 24/7 operations support environment.
• Ability to write scalable, maintainable, and reliable code for multi-tenant applications.
