You will provide hands-on technical support and drive automation to improve system reliability and productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 technical support at the squad level, including participation in the on-call rotation.
• Automate existing processes and manage technology currency, such as server patching and certificate renewals.
• Lead incident and problem management, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and fulfilling action items.
• Document core functionalities, infrastructure, and common components to act as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, tooling, and technical standards.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python, YAML, and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Linux environments.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Dynatrace, Prometheus, Splunk, Elastic, and Azure Monitor.
• Experience with incident response tools like PagerDuty and Moog.
• Practical knowledge of Chaos Engineering.
• Familiarity with MQ and Kafka.
• Ability to influence at Senior or Principal levels.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
