Site Reliability Engineer

You will manage observability infrastructure and data integration to support application and mission operations.

Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure and application dashboards using Dynatrace SaaS and Splunk ITSI.
• Onboard application data and assist teams in utilizing available observability technologies.
• Leverage Dynatrace features including Grail, OneAgent, Extensions, Business Analytics, and Davis AI to improve monitoring.
• Integrate new software and hardware components with Dynatrace, Splunk, or other relevant products.
• Gather and organize large datasets for instrumentation into enterprise monitoring solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reliability or observability engineering.
• Proficiency in Dynatrace SaaS (Cloud) and Splunk.
• Strong expertise in Ansible and TypeScript for automation and scripting.
• Experience with Dynatrace DQL for advanced querying.
• Proven ability to onboard Cloud applications and components.
• Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data for instrumentation.
• Technical proficiency with Grail, OneAgent, Extensions, and Business Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk ITSI and Cribl.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
