You will maintain system availability and performance through proactive monitoring, automated deployment, and rapid incident response.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct load and performance testing using JMeter or Gatling to identify bottlenecks and optimize system resources.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track application health, SLAs, and system behavior in real-time.
• Investigate and troubleshoot incidents and outages to identify root causes and restore service functionality.
• Design error management strategies, including logging, alerting, and error handling mechanisms to improve stability.
• Automate deployment and configuration tasks using infrastructure as code and container orchestration tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or systems engineering.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic.
• Strong automation skills using Go, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Helm for container management.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through deep-dive troubleshooting.
• Practical understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Slack, or Microsoft Teams for team coordination.
