Description

You will manage and automate scaled infrastructure and application support in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SRE frameworks and automation tools to transform traditional IT support.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage Jenkins jobs to streamline deployments.
• Configure monitoring, alerting, and customized dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Automate toil and support large-scale infrastructure handling over 5K TPS.
• Support global stakeholders through effective technical communication and shift-based coverage.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on SRE experience with a focus on development and automation.
• Strong development background in Java, .NET, or Python.
• Proficiency in Shell and Python scripting.
• Expertise in Linux commands and system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Practical experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience managing monitoring stacks including New Relic, DataDog, PagerDuty, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, or ELK.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MLOps/AIOps, Auto-scaling, Self-healing mechanisms, Chaos Engineering, or Performance optimization.
• Background in SRE implementation within large banks or financial organizations.
• RHCE, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Agile certifications.
