Description

You will own production stability and observability for distributed systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve production incidents using Splunk APM/O11y and Dynatrace.
• Lead incident calls and direct technical teams toward resolution.
• Perform full-stack troubleshooting across application, database, infrastructure, and network layers.
• Analyze system performance via heap dumps, memory leaks, and resource optimization.
• Automate repetitive tasks to eliminate toil.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in production support or SRE roles.
• Expertise in Splunk (APM, O11y) and Dynatrace.
• Proficiency debugging Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, PCF, and Azure.
• Experience with AppDynamics, Grafana, RedMetrics, or 1000Eyes.
• Ability to debug VMs, load balancers, firewalls, API gateways, and Linux/Unix systems.
• Skills in Wireshark and NMON for network traffic analysis.
• Experience setting up UEM and synthetic monitoring.

• Capability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Strong communication skills for high-level incident leadership.
