Description

You will provide operational support and engineering for large-scale distributed software applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents regarding site availability and service disruptions.
• Monitor system health and availability to maintain the production environment.
• Execute user requests including access management, configuration changes, and reporting.
• Improve software reliability, quality, and time-to-market through process improvements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Microsoft Azure experience in mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft .Net and React JS.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including tuning queries, stored procedures, indexes, and triggers.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Kibana, Octopus, and Bamboo CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work within the EST time zone.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
