Description

You will manage automation, monitoring, and reporting frameworks within a large mixed platform environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and configure all deployments and software packages.
• Implement event management processes and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure, engineer, and support central monitoring platforms and third-party solutions.
• Develop in-house solutions to collect, monitor, and present data for reporting structures.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, software patches, daily health checks, and incident troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or Systems Administration.
• Strong background in Systems Administration.
• Experience with scripting and programming for infrastructure automation.
• Proven ability to engineer and support batch and monitoring tools.
• Experience with troubleshooting, incident escalation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to design and upgrade production monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills

• Technical degree or equivalent professional work experience.
