Description

Manage and optimize complex multi-tiered cloud infrastructure and service reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure using IaC tools such as Pulumi, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and ECS tasks.
• Implement and manage cloud resources including IAM policies, VPC subnets, and EC2 instances.
• Analyze service responses and error reporting to provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop front-end scripts using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS for reporting purposes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Active development proficiency in Python and either Java or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure infrastructure.
• Strong Unix command line skills (ssh, scp, vi/nano, grep, awk, sed) and Linux shell scripting.
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with container development and Dockerfile creation.
• Understanding of web technologies: HTTPS, headers, cookies, JSON, GraphQL, sessions, CDN, and firewalls.
• Ability to work in a command-line driven Mac OS environment using curl.
• Understanding of single page and mobile application architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Load testing using JMeter or similar tools.
• Use of monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, ELK, or Blue Triangle.
