Description

You will maintain system stability and optimize application performance through close collaboration with development and operations teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and coordinate deployment activities with operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct tuning exercises to optimize resource utilization and identify architectural bottlenecks.
• Implement automated monitoring and alerting systems to proactively address performance issues.
• Investigate root causes of application issues and implement preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to platform infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or related roles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application-related issues and identify root causes.
• Experience implementing automated monitoring and alerting systems.
• Ability to document troubleshooting procedures and technical best practices.
• Experience with application performance tuning and resource optimization.
• Background in coordinating deployment activities across cross-functional teams.
• Degree in any field of study.
