You will maintain platform stability and automate deployment workflows across cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and Jenkins.
• Manage infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Dynatrace, overseeing installation, tagging, and anomaly detection dashboards.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within ServiceNow as a production on-call responder.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to balance feature velocity with platform stability.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Practical proficiency in AWS and Azure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/ECS.
• Mid-level expertise in Python scripting and Ansible.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Linux systems and networking.
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying ITIL frameworks.
