Description

You will ensure the reliability and scalability of complex systems for a large federal agency. You own the infrastructure, pipelines, and container orchestration required to keep services running.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highly scalable and reliable systems using core SRE principles.
• Manage source code repositories and CI/CD pipeline solutions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate CI/CD workflows.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using orchestration tools.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues to provide effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience working in DevSecOps environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, or GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
• Experience with container orchestration tools such as Rancher or OpenShift.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hardening and securing containers.
• Previous experience with commercial cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
