You will maintain and support the WebMethods environment to ensure operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain WebMethods environments for high availability.
• Use monitoring tools like Splunk to track system health and analyze logs.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams to improve system reliability.
• Implement best practices for alerting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Provide operational support for B2B integrations and data exchange.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with WebMethods administration and platform support.
• Solid experience using monitoring tools, specifically Splunk, for performance and log analysis.
• Experience maintaining system reliability, availability, and incident response processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting B2B integrations and related middleware components.
