Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and maintain WebMethods environments to ensure high availability and optimal system performance.
• Use monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk to track system health, analyze logs, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Collaborate closely with development and integration teams to improve system reliability and operational stability.
• Implement and follow best practices for system monitoring, alerting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Provide operational support for B2B integrations and ensure reliable and seamless data exchange.

Skills Required:

• Must have strong hands-on experience in WebMethods administration and platform support.
• Must have solid experience with monitoring tools, preferably Splunk, for performance and log analysis.
• Must have experience in maintaining system reliability, availability, and incident response processes.
• Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with development and cross-functional teams.
• Good to have experience supporting B2B integrations and related middleware components.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred
