Description

You will lead the Web/eCommerce Site Reliability Engineering team, ensuring platform stability and reliability across the Adobe Experience Manager suite, SAP Commerce Cloud, Solr, and MuleSoft services.

Responsibilities

• Own incident and problem management, driving root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Manage production incidents, ensuring timely closure and clear communication to stakeholders.
• Lead 24/7 on-call rotations using a follow-the-sun model and manage shift schedules.
• Monitor technical KPIs (uptime, performance, error rates) and drive improvement initiatives.
• Enhance monitoring and alerting by creating dashboards and visualizations for all technical components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years managing L2 production support for large B2C/B2B eCommerce platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with the ITIL framework, specifically incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong command of Agile and SCRUM methodologies within the SDLC.
• Experience managing SLA/SLO metrics, SWAT teams, and Kanban execution.
• Technical familiarity with Adobe Experience Suite, SAP Commerce Cloud, Solr, and MuleSoft.
• Proficiency in GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to articulate complex technical issues and business solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React and Java ecosystems.
