Description

You will own the reliability and operational health of production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of production systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents to ensure minimal downtime and service disruption.
• Identify defects and collaborate with development teams to prioritize and fix them.
• Implement automation tools and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual workloads.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide timely support for high-impact incidents.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Production support engineering or SRE roles.
• Proficiency with Postgres and MongoDB databases.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Core Java.
• Experience with monitoring tools including Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana.
• Skilled in L1/L2 support, debugging, and performance monitoring.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
