You will design, build, and evolve foundational systems to ensure service reliability, scalability, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design highly available, scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure patterns on AWS.
• Define and evangelize SRE best practices, standards, and blueprints for service design and deployment.
• Review observability implementations to identify gaps and define steps toward maturity for system health insight.
• Design solutions to reduce operational toil through automation and improved system design.
• Lead blameless postmortems, ensuring root causes lead to systemic architectural improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in an architectural role designing for reliability and performance.
• Deep practical knowledge of SRE principles including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and toil reduction.
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS infrastructure and services.
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tooling.
• Solid experience implementing observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Proven ability to provide architectural guidance and influence technical direction across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing chaos engineering practices and platforms.
