Description

You will design, build, and evolve the foundational systems and practices that ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and efficiency of critical services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect highly available, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure patterns on AWS.
• Define and evangelize SRE best practices, standards, and blueprints for service design and operational readiness.
• Lead the definition and implementation of Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Error Budgets.
• Design solutions to systematically reduce operational toil through automation and improved system design.
• Provide architectural guidance during the design phase of new services to embed reliability principles early.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an architectural role focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Deep practical application of SRE principles, including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and incident management.
• Expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, including networking and security services.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration.
• Solid experience designing observability solutions using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK/EFK Stack.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tool development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing chaos engineering practices and platforms.
