Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Proficient in AWS Cloud Services - EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS), including IAM, networking, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Monitoring & Observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, or CloudWatch.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices and SRE roles and responsibilities.
• Expertise in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor, maintain, and support production environments to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues across AWS, Kubernetes, and application infrastructure.
• Design and implement deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident management.
• Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Experience Required:

• 4 - 8 years of experience in SRE with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Experience in monitoring application and infrastructure health using alerting, incident signals, and reliability metrics.
• Strong AWS experience, including AWS S3 and core AWS services used in production environments.

Education: PGDCA, B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual), B.Tech, M.Tech,  MCA, BCA, or Any Graduation
