Description

Own the reliability, availability, and performance of production infrastructure and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production environments to ensure high availability and reliability across AWS and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and manage incidents to minimize downtime.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions for efficient deployment strategies.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
• Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions to support system resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services including EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
• Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS), including IAM, networking, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or ELK.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with application performance monitoring and reliability metrics.
