You will lead and scale Site Reliability Engineering programs, blending engineering excellence with operational resilience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
• Lead SLO/SLI strategies and incident response procedures.
• Reduce operational toil through automation.
• Partner with development teams to embed resilience into core architecture.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technology.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with ELK stack.
• Strong background in Automation and Platform Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in DevOps practices.
