Description

You will lead the SRE function, owning reliability strategy and ensuring the operational health and availability of services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define SRE strategy, process frameworks, and standards.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance to meet SLAs and uptime targets.
• Drive automation to eliminate operational toil and streamline runbooks.
• Lead incident response, conduct postmortems, and govern change control.
• Partner with engineering teams to bake reliability into designs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of SRE/DevOps/infrastructure experience, including 2-3 years in leadership.
• Strong experience with AWS, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash.
• Deep experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
