Description

You will lead a small SRE team to manage system reliability, performance, and scalability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SRE team in daily operations and technical direction.
• Monitor and improve system uptime, reliability, and performance.
• Automate operational processes to minimize manual intervention.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams on deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an SRE or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
