Description

Design and manage cloud infrastructure to meet enterprise-grade SLA standards while resolving customer escalations and production issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure and services to meet enterprise-grade SLA standards.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve urgent production issues during off-normal hours.
• Create and deploy scalable monitoring systems for expanding global infrastructure.
• Resolve customer escalations by creating processes, procedures, and automations to prevent recurrence.
• Write, augment, and maintain comprehensive production documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure management and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in Python and Java for automation and tooling.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• College degree (or equivalent) required.

Preferred Skills

• Conceptual knowledge of theories, principles, and practices within the discipline and industry.
