Description

You will manage the daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments for the equipment and facilities department during 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections, service, and cleaning on machines and parts.
• Repair broken machines efficiently and identify root causes of unexpected breakdowns.
• Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment and replacement parts.
• Maintain documentation for warranties, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts.
• Monitor tool performance data, respond to alarms, and escalate unresolved issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Proficiency with hand tools and machine tools.
• Experience conducting maintenance inspections.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving.
• Fundamental computer application knowledge and ability to use mobile communication devices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License or State issued ID.
• Ability to potentially obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree.
