Description

You will own the technical support and systems administration for site infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of server, virtualization, and workspace environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 environments to resolve system issues.
• Manage and maintain VMware ESXi and vCenter virtualization platforms for optimal performance.
• Administer Google Workspace services and manage user access controls.
• Lead technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience.
• Intermediate troubleshooting skills in Windows Server OS.
• Proficiency with Active Directory management.
• Experience managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter.
• Experience administering Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
