Description

Provide technical support for network infrastructure, desktop systems, software, and hardware in a heterogeneous environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, and servers.
• Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for desktop environments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on personal computers and related systems.
• Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• In-depth Windows 10 expertise including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, and data migration.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Bomgar, and Druva inSync.
• Proficiency with M365, Teams, MS Office 2016, and MS Intune.
• Hands-on experience with multi-factor authentication, PKI, and VPN encryption.
• Competency with Cisco AnyConnect and OneDrive.
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, and servers.
• Strong ability to provide remote end-user support.
