Description

You will own the assessment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Sitecore environment to ensure stability, security, and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing Sitecore architecture, performance, security, and integration points.
• Resolve bugs, configuration errors, and technical issues from the Jira backlog.
• Debug and fix problems within the Sitecore CMS, C# code, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business teams to implement long-term solutions and deployments.
• Document all fixes, improvements, and configurations within Jira and internal systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Sitecore (9.x/10.x).
• Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to troubleshoot Sitecore APIs and backend-level issues.
• Experience managing and resolving technical issues in Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP).
• Experience with cloud-based Sitecore implementations using Azure.
